What the C.O.R.E. Course Teaches

For: Adults considering the C.O.R.E. course, including learners who have not taken the flagship course.

The Short Answer

C.O.R.E. stands for Compassion-Oriented Restoration Embodiment. It helps learners notice where truth, identity, behavior, relationships, and daily structure still disagree, then practice compassionate and accountable steps that make restoration more visible and sustainable.

C.O.R.E. contains six self-paced modules and 26 lessons. The modules move through understanding and embodiment, compassion, orientation, restoration, embodiment, and sustainable embodiment. The course includes a private Student Workbook, module integration checkpoints, and bounded Grace course guidance.

C.O.R.E. can be taken on its own. The Unified Theory of Redemption flagship course is recommended for learners who want fuller theoretical context, but it is not a prerequisite. The final learner product is a personal C.O.R.E. Embodiment Plan; Version 1 does not promise grading, submission, certification, or facilitator review.

C.O.R.E. is self-paced education. It is not coaching, therapy, medical care, legal advice, certification, or crisis support. It also does not include unrelated Academy products or a paid Grace subscription unless separately purchased.
